On the History pages you will find pictures, names and information about many Niebur  Dachshunds who have contributed to our breeding program and finished titles in AKC Conformation, Field and Earthdog Tests.  We are proud to have you know that  many of our dogs have also earned accolades in many other venues and we look forward to sharing all of that with you here.  Titles and Rosettes are part of  what we do and we are proud of the dogs for the all around versatile Dachshunds  that they are...but those things are not what is most important...A wonderful, physically and temperamentally healthy, happy standard Dachshund is our goal and  what we feel we owe to them and to the people who want our dogs as members of  their family.  These dogs are first and foremost a part of our family and they  live in our house and sometimes sleep in our beds.  Niebur Dachshunds are number  one cuddlers and all the other stuff is whip cream on top of the pie of life.

We do breed litters occasionally, usually once a year and would be glad to talk with you if you are interested in getting on our waiting list for a  puppy.  If you would like referrals we are also happy to provide those for you.
